About PT Career Paths

Welcome! I am Tejashree Limaye, Founder of PT Career Paths.

How did PT Career Paths start?

Back in my college days, I used to wonder about what is next for me in my career. When I looked online, I did not find a dedicated career resource for physiotherapists in India. I felt the need for such a resource, but until 2021, I kept thinking ‘Somebody should do this.’ In 2021, I decided ‘I am going to do this!’ Read more about my story here.

What do I do through PT career paths?

1. Spotlight Series

I personally interview PTs who have different career paths. The interview is focused on knowing how they approached their career and the steps that they took. Later, I write the interview in detail and publish it here, on my website. Check out my PT in Spotlight Series here.

2. Blog posts:

I research and write articles for physiotherapists to answer some of the common questions I get asked. Here are some of my popular articles:

3. PT Career Paths Newsletter:

  • Industry insights
  • PT job openings
  • Recent articles I published.

So many of you reached out to me with career-related questions and wanted to connect with me for more guidance. Hence, I started conducting one on one consultation sessions for Indian PTs to help them navigate through their careers. I conduct a few consultation calls every week. Contact me if you have more questions.

Before I wrap up, here is my FREE gift to you!

A lot of hard work and effort goes into this. So far, I haven’t hired anyone to do the work. I am proud to say I built this from scratch, on my own! I am enjoying the process of working on my website and watching it grow. Many PTs and PT students are looking for this information. I am taking genuine efforts to make my website informative and useful.

I know finding a job and launching a career can be intimidating. Not knowing what to do next can make it worse. But there are so many physiotherapists in India who are doing well professionally. So can you! I believe in you. If you stumble on your way, I am here to help!
